Graphics
Open a New Image 1025 X 300.
Click on the selection tool:
Notice at the very bottom of the page, left hand corner,
You see a set of numbers. (As shown.)
Move the selection tool till the numbers read 130,130
(the other numbers don't matter.)
When the numbers read 130,130, left click the mouse button, HOLD
and drag the selection over and down to the far right corner. Release.

Click on Invert
(or selections, invert)

Fill with a color you like.
Image, Drop Shadow
88, 5.0 blur, Settings 4,4
Click on Select None (shown)
(or selections, select none)

To make sure there is no shadow seam,
Click on the deformation tool, ![]()
Pull the right corner out past the border as shown.
On the tool palette click: Apply

Add a layer.
Click and HOLD the left mouse button on layer2.
Drag the layer down so it is under layer1. Release.

Flood fill layer two with the
'paper' color. (white)
As the continuing part of the script is the same and will repeat,
only a small area of height is needed.
Click on the selection tool again,
Start at 0, by 220 (down from the top)
Left click/Hold and drag the mouse to the far right and down about 50 pixels.

Like this.

Layers, Merge, Merge Visible.

Hold the CTRL button down, press
C.
Hold the CTRL button down, press V.
This copies and pastes a new image,
The continuing area.

CTRL X to cut this area away.
Select None.
Use the Eraser Tool, set on 100% hardness,
to erase any extra bottom area.

Click on the magic wand: ![]()
Click on the blank area to select it.

Click on Invert: 
or selections, invert

Image Crop to selection.

Unused area is cropped easily away.

Add a layer and a tube if you like.
Add a layer for text if you like.

You can also click on the magic
wand to select the
green color area and texture it.
Don't forget to texture the continuing graphic too.

Now save these two images to your
stationery folder.
I add the height to the name to make it easier to insert in the script.
Example:
the top graphic would be saved as:
blame220.jpg
The other graphic is just saved as:
blamebg.jpg
