Click
open the layer pallet.
Right click on the blue bar,
Duplicate
the image,
then delete the original layer

Now add a layer.
I hide the original layer by clicking the
eyeglasses, a red X appears
on it when it is hidden.
Flood fill the new layer with
any pattern.

Click the selection tool, ,
Click open the control pallet

Eclipse,
then make an oval shape.
CTRL-X to delete the inside of the oval.

Invert the selection so the frame is active.
(With the marching ants around it)
I then use
EYE CANDY --INNER BEVEL
to make the frame.

Click
to Un-hide the background layer.
Add a new layer. Be sure it is the top layer.
Use the GLOBE TUBE
and place a globe over the oval.

I don't
know why I didn't save the picture, but
now zoom in, click on the deformation tool

and size the globe to fit the oval.
click apply on the control palette.

Here it
is.

Save this image.
Open a new image 1024 X height of your picture
Copy and paste the picture you just did
to the new 1024 image.
Position in place. Add a background
color or pattern, add a texture if you wish.
(Texture Tutorial is
elsewhere on my site)
That's
it!
See
the difference?
