Double Frame

Here is the way to do it.

Download the zipped file

Open the frame above and your picture in PSP.

Copy and paste the photo to the frame.
Move the picture layer to the bottom so
you have the frame on top as shown.

With the picture layer (layer1) active (Blue)
use the eraser with the options shown
to erase the middle frame.

Really zoom in to see what you are doing.

When done removing the frame it should look like this.
Now add a layer and move it to the bottom.

Pick a color and flood fill the bottom layer.
To make a good match
I pick a color from the picture.

Here is one where I added two flood fill layers.

This makes a nice frame for your pictures.
