Spotlight Tutorial

Here is another EASY one!

Download this zip file.
This is Greg's Factory Filters (free) Spotlight.
Unzip, save to your PSP/Plug-in folder.
Just drop it in there.

Open an image. A darker one works best.
Right click on the picture to save this one.

These are the settings I used.
Just play with them till you get the spotlight right.
