Graphic Tutorial

This is easy!
Open an image or make a new image 1024X300
Flood fill with any color you want.

Add a texture to the background.
Click here to get the plug-in.

Add a tube  you like,

Duplicate and mirror the layer.
(Open the layer palette, 
right click on the layer) 

Add a layer.
Add text.

At the bottom, use the selection tool to draw a 
thin long rectangle.

Use the inside bevel, buttonize 
or Eyecandy inner bevel.
Click on the deformation tool.
Pull the edges out so there is no seam.
On the tool palette, click ok.

Like this.

Save it to your stationery folder.
