Save Smaller Files

Click on File, Save Copy As,
(or CTRL 12)

 

Be sure to save it as a .jpg
Click on OPTIONS.
 

Set the compression level to around 40.
If you think it distorts the picture, 
move the setting down a bit.
 

See the difference?
The first one was set at
 no compression...... 428 kb

The second at 43....... 89 kb
