Using the
Texturizer Plug-in.

Install in the Plug-in folder.

Start with a picture you like.
This can be used as is.
But I will show how to make it
a seamless tile also.

Make sure your picture
background color is the same
as your color palette.

The picture needs
more background space.
Add borders.

I used 20.

Save as a jpg.
Open 20/20.

Load the image you just saved.
Image, Tile Effect.

Nice and easy!

Save.
The program defaults to bmp.
It's best to save it that way.
Close 20/20.
in PSP,
Open the Image.bmp

Save it as a
.psd
(PHOTOSHOP)
I have sub-folders just for
PSD's, Bmp's and Jpg's
in a main folder so it's easy to find them.
They don't HAVE to be saved in PSP.

Open a new image.
1024 by the height of the bmp.
Look above, in the lower
right hand corner.
PSP tells you the size of the image.
234.
New Image
1024 X 234.
With the height the same,
 when you use it as
stationery or a background,
it will tile seamlessly.

Bucket Fill with the
color image pattern
on layer one.
