Open one in PSP. 
Click on the EYECandy 4000 / Corona

This is the setting I used.

Add a layer. Drag it under the line art for the background.

Different colors will produce different effects.
Try it!

Merge Visible Layers. 

Duplicate the Layer.

X the Copied layer Click on the Merged layer.

Image / Other / EMBOSS

Click on the Copied Layer to Active it......

Click on the Type Area of the layer palette.
(I don't remember what this is called)
This is BURN

Difference

Luminance (NICE!)

Saturation

BURN with a Textured Merged layer

Here are some more. Try BOLD Letter Text too!
Very Cool Effect.
