Cameo
This tutorial uses KPT 5 Shape Shifter.
Here is a zip file with the base, KPT preset and cameo.

If you want to make your own base,
Open the image, click the magic wand on the outside of the image,
invert selection.
Selection/ Expand selection
5 pixels
Click on layer 1 (or add a blank layer)
X out the cameo from now.
Fill with white.
Use Blade Pro and give it a gold effect.
Selection/Contract 1 pixel more than you expanded
It should look like this.
Open the KPT Shapeshifter filter
Click on the Environment.
pick the cool Kitchen preset.
