Browse to find the tubes you want to use.
Drag them off onto the worktop.

Add the tubes on different layers to the charm bracelet.

Duplicate the rings and 'attach' the charms to the rings.

Notice how I erased a few pixels to give the
illusion of it going through the chain.

You will have LOTS of layers in this tutorial.
Merge the visible layers.

Give an overall shadow to the bracelet.
