Transparent Frames
made easy using Filter Attack.

Open an image.
Right click on the layer palette,
 promote to layer. (very important!)

Click on Filter

To get this effect

Click on the red arrow down to Linien

Move the last option all the way to the left.
Play with the top tow options to get various effects.

Click on the big arrow at the bottom when you like what you see.
Save it as a gif and there you go!
