Frame a Photo

Get the filter here

Open an image you would like to frame.
Click on the eyedropper.
Right click on a color in the image to be the matte color.

Image /Add Border (or click on the icon)
Set the width of the matte.

Right click on the color palette and pick white as the background color.
(when your right click on the color palette you get 10 basic colors and the last 10 used)

Click on the border icon again. (Image/Add Borders)
Set the width of your frame.

Click on the magic wand. Click on the white frame.
Add a drop shadow to give depth to your creation.

Click for the framing filter.

Click on the Symmetry icon .....

to pick your shape.

Move the shape around to get different effects and looks.

You can resize the shape also by clicking the corner.

Find a pattern you like

Click apply.
And there you go. Perfectly tiled too.
