Now repeat and line up the last corners.

It should look like this.
Layers/merge/merge visible.

Give the frame a shadow if you like.

now lets matte it. Click on the selection tool - rectangle.
draw a box somewhat as shown. It's about 40 pixels in.

INVERT the selection. So the marquee looks like this.

add a layer. move the blank layer under the frame
and fill with a color.

selections/select none. Now to remove the extra background,
use the selection tool to 'box in' the frame near the outside of the frame like shown.

Invert and cut the excess away.

There it is. Save as a png, or psp to save the transparency.

Add your photo and you are done!
