You should end up with something like this.

Copy (ctrl-c) and paste (ctrl-L) the swag to the curtain background.
You get this.

Now you can add embelishments if you like.
The tassle tube (sized at 1024) is here.
This way if you want to use it, you won't need to piece it together
with layers as I have done showing on the layer palette.

Click on the swag layer and give it a shadow if you like.

I also added a lace layer under the swag. I have to be different! :)
